Future AEGOS Events
 Workshop 7 “Geoscience Observations and Observing Systems”
A strong dialogue between AEGOS and GEOSS communities is needed and this will be fostered via an international workshop. All welcome to participate who wish to discuss and network on the relevant observing systems.
Information on both GEO/GEOSS and AEGOS initiatives and presentation of the results of the AEGOS-GEOSS mapping exercise; assessing the current and potential contribution of geology to the GEO Work Plan Presentation of existing observations and observation systems and their geological applications, dissemination of geosciences data via the GEONETCast system and participation of geoscience observing systems within GEOSS
Presentation on new observations and observing systems and design of follow-up projects
