AEGOS project will be implemented through eight technical workpackages addressing four main topics:

• Operational procedures for data management,
• User-oriented products and services,
• Strengthening and developing a network of European and African partners,
• Information dissemination.

Each workpackage will have both an African and a European co-leader.
